One of Italy’s leading specialists in WorkNC software received a top award at the company’s global reseller conference.
With 259 resellers across Vero Software’s portfolio of software brands attending the conference at Orlando, Florida, Taglio C S.r.I won the award for Best WorkNC Reseller Of the Year.
Taglio has been selling WorkNC in Italy since 1988, and currently has around 1,000 active licenses. General Manager Luca Bussolino says: “Our relationship with WorkNC started the year before I joined Taglio, when the company was looking for a 3-axis CAM system to provide a new solution for the FIAT automotive group. WorkNC has always been renowned as the 'best of breed' automatic CAM solution. Since the beginning, beyond its user friendliness, the thousand licenses installed in Italy shows that the original idea behind this project is the proof of its success.”
All Vero brands were represented at the conference, including WorkNC, Alphacam, Cabinet Vision, Edgecam, Radan, Surfcam and VISI.
Chief Executive Richard Smith says: “Following the recent acquisitions of Sescoi and Surfcam we are now clearly the largest independent CAM Company in the industry.”
Since joining Vero in 2013, the conference represented the first opportunity for the WorkNC team from all over the world to come together and share their vast knowledge and experience with the enlarged group.
