It is being announced that PROSTEP, Inc. (based in Birmingham Michigan, USA) has purchased all assets and intellectual property around EOS Solutions’ products; 3D PDF Animate™, 3D PDF Publish™, and 3D PDF Compare™. Additionally, all of its employees have now joined the growing PROSTEP Team.
This purchase is a continuation of PROSTEP’s strategy to provide powerful commercial off the shelf tools (COTS) to enable enterprises of all sizes to break down barriers between engineering authors and downstream consumers, throughout the extended enterprise, supply chains, and customer interactions. EOS’s resources will ensure continuity to existing customers and help realize this strategy faster and more efficiently than ever before.
