ICEM to Premiere its New Generation Surface Modelling Suite ICEM Shape Design to the West Coast at the Pacific Design & Manufacturing Show in Anaheim

ICEM Ltd. will demonstrate the use of its new generation CAA V5-based ICEM Shape Design (ISD) software suite. It will also demonstrate the latest version of its existing surface modelling software suite, ICEM Surf 4.6, as well as solutions for reverse engineering and photo-realistic design visualisation at the 2007 PD&M Show . The exhibition which is the only dedicated event of its type in the Western Coast will be held at the Anaheim Convention Center in California from February 13-15, 2007.

ICEM Shape Design software suite

This new generation software suite has been developed by ICEM on the Dassault Systèmes CAA V5 software architecture to provide comprehensive surface modelling, surface quality analysis and design visualisation facilities that are fully integrated maintaining a consistent data structure with the CATIA V5 collaborative product development and manufacturing software suite. ISD can also however be used as a standalone software suite for users of other vendors CADCAM systems.

CAD/CAM & Rapid Prototyping Pavilion

The only dedicated feature of its kind in the Western US, this major highlight is where you will find ICEM in booth # 3600 in Hall C presenting with the world's leading design and manufacturing software providers along with the top rapid prototyping machinery manufacturers and contract services providers.

The 9th annual edition of the PD&M show will feature 350 exhibiting companies. Long established as the primary OEM resource for California's manufacturers, PD&M provides the full spectrum of design and process solutions. Major industries in attendance include Electronics/IT, Telecommunications, Medical, Consumer Products, Instrumentation, Aerospace, Industrial Equipment and Transportation.
