CENIT Appoints Fabian Rau Vice President Investor Relations and Marketing
Beginning February 1, 2007, Fabian Rau (42) will assume the overall responsibility for the operational Marketing and the Investor Relations at CENIT. Rau has worked for the company since 2000 as Investor Relations Manager. Fabian Rau reports directly to CFO, Christian Pusch, and in his role as Vice President he will expand and internationalise the branding, the operational marketing as well as Corporate Communication and Investor Relations.
"With delegation of the overall responsibility for Investor Relations and Marketing to Fabian Rau we provide a crucial constant in the connection to our Investors and Business Partners. For more than 6 years Fabian Rau is, in accordance with the Executive Board, both national and international a considerable agent of our Equity Story and a man of professional know-how. With our partners Dassault Systèmes, IBM, FileNet and SAP he is considered as a reliable and innovative contact person", explains Christian Pusch the decision of the Executive Board.
Fabian Rau already worked since 1989 in the Corporate Communication and Marketing of different companies such as VIAG and IBM.
"My goal is to extend CENIT's market position in the sector of Product Lifecycle Management, Enterprise Content Management and Application Management Outsourcing and to provide confidence to our international investors and shareholders as well as to gain new investors," says Fabian Rau.
