Kongsberg Automotive Improves Quality and Compliance Process with Dyadem Software
Kongsberg Automotive, a Norwegian manufacturer of automotive components, is advancing its compliance processes with software from Dyadem , a Quality Lifecycle Management and Risk Lifecycle Management provider. Dyadem's FMEA-Pro will enable Kongsberg to unify its compliance reporting from development through preparation and production, providing an efficient way to meet its rigorous quality standards.
Kongsberg Automotive develops, manufactures and sells systems for gearshift, clutch actuation, seat comfort, stabilizing rods, couplings and components. Its customers are many of the top brands in the automotive and commercial vehicle market, including DaimlerChrysler, BMW, Ford, Audi, Opel, Peugeot/Citröen, Renault, Saab, Scania, Toyota, Hyundai, Volvo and Volkswagen. Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is a risk assessment technique for systematically identifying potential failures in a system or a process, commonly used in the manufacturing industry.
