Perception Software's EDA Integration Software to be Offered Through Oracle
Perception Software announced the availability of EDAConnect as part of Oracle's Agile PLM solutions. Oracle will offer EDAConnect through its worldwide sales force, as well as provide product support through its worldwide support center.
EDAConnect provides a seamless integration for electronic systems and IC design tools from Cadence and Mentor Graphics to Oracle's Agile PLM environment. Within their familiar EDA environment, engineers can perform design check-in/check-out, design archiving and searching, bill of materials extractions, comparisons and publishing, design file viewing, and library metadata synchronization.
