Triangle Services Turns to Infor to Increase Performance of Critical Assets and Resources

Infor today announced Triangle Services, a leading provider of business support services, has selected Infor Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Enterprise Edition to enhance customer service, reduce costs and increase the productivity of the facilities and services they manage. Triangle Services is deploying the solution to deliver enhanced services to its customers through increased utilization of asset lifecycle planning, resource management, availability of real-time executive dashboards, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

EAM Enterprise Edition will enable Triangle Services to minimize asset downtime, anticipate customer requests, reduce paperwork, and enhance productivity by reporting work progress as it occurs via a web interface. By utilizing resources and assets more efficiently through strategic work management processes, the company can ensure that critical assets and resources perform at peak levels. Triangle Services and its customers will now have immediate access to asset information, status of work orders, maintenance requests and delivered outcomes.

Following an 18 month review process, Triangle Services turned to Infor EAM based on its business-specific functionality and domain expertise in the facility management industry. The unique web-architected solution allows facilities management companies to access key information via the web, an intranet, or a handheld device to quickly and easily enter work requests, assign emergency maintenance, view updates, and facilitate inspections.
