ASCON International Partner's Seminar for KOMAS-3D
ASCON, the developer of KOMPAS-3D software solution for Mechanical CAD, has held a training seminar for its international partners and resellers.
It was a second Partner's meeting hosted by ASCON in its headquarter office in St. Petersburg, Russia. This seminar gathered ASCON dealers and distributors from Europe, South-East Asia and Australia.
The seminar participants were the first to preview and test one the most anticipated release of ASCON CAD solution - KOMPAS-3D V9 New Version. KOMPAS-3D V9 is expected to be available for customers later on this summer. The New version of KOMPAS promises to become one of the most significant releases of mid-range Mechanical CAD software and includes a lot of novelties for enhancing the 3D modelling functionality, make 3D Modelling familiarizing easier, simplifying designer work.
Besides, the seminar program which traditionally included the practical aspects of design and drawing in KOMPAS-3D, participants learned the basis of 3D Modelling and Draw Creation in KOMPAS, Parametric Models, Samples and Assemblies Creation, Sheet-Metal Modelling and many other topics.
In the last days of the meeting ASCON awarded KOMPAS-3D Certificates to participants and arranged special sightseeing program.
