SmartCAE Takes AxSTREAMT Flow Path Design and Optimization Software to Italian Turbomachinery Design, Retrofit and Turbocharger Markets
SoftInWay announced that it has signed an agreement with SmartCAE srl in Prato, Italy to distribute the AxSTREAMT Suite of Multi-disciplinary Design and Optimization software to the turbo-machinery industry in Italy.
"The strategy of SmartCAE is to promote and support high quality tools that provide a true technical advantage to our customers," says Francesco Palloni, Director of Business Development of SmartCAE. "AxSTREAM is a powerful tool that perfectly complements our present portfolio of CAE solutions for engineering. Today the Italian users of AxSTREAM can access local technical support directly from SmartCAE personnel."

SmartCAE will also be distributing the axial and radial educational versions of AxSTREAMT to the engineering colleges and universities in Italy. These educational versions allow students to learn design theory while actually creating designs using "real world" industry platforms.
