AVEVA Opens Sales and Support Office in Mexico City
AVEVA announced that it is expanding its Latin America operations by opening a sales and support office in Mexico City.
The new company, AVEVA Software and Services S.A. de C.V, located in the World Trade Center, will be managed by Ricardo Aguilar, AVEVA Country Manager, backed by administrative and support staff.
"Investment in Latin America is a vital part of AVEVA's strategy for sustained, global, growth," commented Richard Longdon, CEO of AVEVA. "The Mexico City office is AVEVA's first direct office in Latin America, and is an important first step in fulfilling this strategy."
"The establishment of this office will enable us to better serve some of our long-standing customers, such as PEMEX, IMP, and others, providing Spanish-language consultancy, support and training services to firms throughout Latin America," said Matthew McKinley, Head of AVEVA's Americas Region.
