Astoria Software to Highlight SaaS Flexibility With Astoria On-Demand at PTC/USER World Event 2007

Driving the next generation in dynamic product documentation, Astoria Software today announced it will showcase the advantages of an on-demand delivery model at PTC/USER® World Event 2007, the exclusive educational, networking and training event for the PTC/User community being held June 3-6, 2007, at the Tampa Convention Center in Tampa, Florida.

As an event sponsor, Astoria will be in the Arbortext Pavilion booth #115, demonstrating the recently-announced Astoria On-Demand, the company's Software as a Service (SaaS) offering for structured content management. Astoria will also demonstrate Astoria On-Demand integration with the PTC Arbortext editing tool, extending the business value of PTC's powerful editor with the SaaS delivery of Astoria's dynamic product documentation solution.

"With Astoria On-Demand, we're giving Forbes Global 2000 manufacturers the power to release more products more quickly in more variations than ever before," said Dan Ortega, vice president of marketing for Astoria Software. "Attendees will see that we've created a scalable solution for rapid, low-cost creation and delivery of complex product documentation. With PTC Arbortext integration, we've filled out our offering with a powerful and flexible content editor."

While at the show, Astoria will also make a joint integration and marketing announcement with Idiom® Technologies, Inc., the leading independent supplier of SaaS and on-premise server-based globalization management systems (GMS). The integration will unite Astoria On-Demand with WorldServer On-Demand, Idiom's comprehensive, online globalization management system, to help customers respond to increases in volume, velocity, and variability of product documentation. Idiom also will be at the show, exhibiting in the Arbortext Pavilion booth #215.
