Explanations and updates on compliance issues and upcoming regulations, including:
• Fragrances for Homecare must follow the IFRA guidelines, TSCA and DSL lists and the DPD in Europe. For Oral and Personal Care they must follow new IFRA guidelines and DPD.
• The Oral/Cosmetic and Detergent Directives in Europe require allergen labeling specifically for 26 ingredients and applies to all fragrances in products sold in EU.
• Changes that occur in hazard assignments for ingredients, as well as the treatment of essential oils, impact labeling for the fragrance and the final consumer product.
• How to's on managing single and multiple countries' compliance lists
• Demonstrations on Selerant's PLM software, DevEX and its Regulatory software with template-driven generated regulatory documentation.
