A Successful 2005 for Missler Software
2005 has been another successful year for Missler Software with an overall increase in company turnover of 7% compared to 2004. A progression of 16% on the international market clearly shows the importance of the export market for the company. In France the mechanical engineering, moldmaking and sheet metal sectors have seen a progression since 2004. The moldmaking sector which has suffered over the past 2 years has shown signs of optimism for the future.
TopSolid'Wood and TopSolid'WoodCam have been the champions of TopSolid's continued success in France in 2005. The integrated CAD/CAM solution for the wood industry has progressed by an impressive 45% compared to 2004. There are now more than 300 customers in France equipped with TopSolid'Wood and TopSolid'WoodCam.
Another champion contributing to the overall success in France in 2005 has been the education market. The appointment of Didier Legrand as Education Liaison Manager in December 2004 clearly demonstrates Missler Software's dedication to this market. The results have been impressive for 2005 - 800 licenses sold in France and 150 new references.
The international market has been the main source of Missler Software's prosperity in 2005. With currently 65% of all TopSolid licenses being sold outside France the company is focusing increasing attention on this market. With 6 new resellers being added to the global distribution network in 2005 Missler Software plans to increase international sales by more than 40% over the next 3 years. TopSolid's line of products for the wood and the progressive tool and die industries should continue to be very successful in 2006. TopSolid'Progress has undergone some remarkable improvements in the 2006 version and should be a very dominant competitor in the progressive die field in the future. A number of important prospects in this domain are currently opting for TopSolid'Progress.
