PTC Completes Asia-Pacific Investigation; Results of Investigation Not Material to Financial Results
PTC reported that it has completed its previously announced investigation regarding irregularities in sales orders in the Asia-Pacific region. PTC has concluded that the items identified in the investigation, which principally relate to PTC's 2001-2003 fiscal years, are not material to its reported results for prior and current periods and do not require restatement of those results.
