Continued Growth for CYA Technologies Spurs Expansion of Senior Management Team; Cindy Elliott and Michael Flickman Fill Two New Senior Management Positions
CYA Technologies, Inc. announced the appointments of Cyndi Elliott as the director of business development and Michael Flickman as the vice president of engineering and CTO.
As the director of business development, Cindy Elliott will lead CYA's efforts in further developing the company's relationships with strategic partners such as EMC and IBM, and building private label partnerships with independent software developers (ISV's). Michael Flickman, who joins CYA as the vice president of engineering and CTO, is responsible for the planning, design and implementation of all core product development activities. His experience and expertise will enable CYA to deliver additional products and functionality to meet customer demands. Michael will also serve as the company's technical spokesperson.

Cindy brings more than ten years of experience in worldwide business development within the enterprise software and storage hardware industries. She was formerly a member of the Verity Business Process Management team (formerly Cardiff Software) where she was responsible for global marketing programs, product marketing management and customer programs. Prior to Verity, Cindy was the Latin American operations manager and the Asia Pacific-Latin American sales executive at Overland Storage.
Michael joins CYA with more than 25 years of technology and product experience in enterprise software development, infrastructure architecture & management, commercial software development, product management, development process improvement and project management. Before joining the company, Michael held executive management positions in companies such as Eventra Inc., Concrete Inc., Rare Medium and Concentrex (formerly MECA Software). He also held senior engineering positions at companies such as Apple Computer and Data General.
