Sequence Showcases Low-Power Design Expertise at India's VLSI Design Conference

Sequence Design returns as an exhibitor for next month's VLSI Design Conference Jan. 3-7, 2006 in Hyderabad, India, Booth No. 21. The conference theme, "Mobile Embedded Systems," ties in perfectly with Sequence's show offerings that excel in managing and optimizing power in a variety of portable applications.

Sequence will exhibit its complete lineup of tools for low-power design, including PowerTheaterT, a complete toolkit for SoC power analysis and optimization; CoolPowerT, providing physical power optimization for leakage power, and dynamic power; and CoolTimeT, for static and dynamic power grid analysis and optimization.

Sequence India director, Sanjay Budhwar, will deliver a presentation on power management and power-grid integrity during the Industry Forum presentations on Saturday, Jan. 7, 4:30pm. Sequence has invested Rs. 20 Crores (over $4.5 million) in India according to company president and CEO Vic Kulkarni, a 1974 IIT Bombay graduate. Its new offices in Noida's Logix Techno Park focus on engineering, marketing, and support for Sequence's growing customer base in Japan and southeast Asia, and are an integral part of the company's worldwide R&D efforts. Sequence's distributor in India is D'gipro Design Automation & Marketing, whose representatives will be joining the company during the conference.
