Visiprise Completes Merger With HMS Software
Visiprise, Inc. announced that it has completed its merger with HMS Software, Inc., making the merged company the industry leader in delivering integrated manufacturing operation solutions. Operating globally as Visiprise, the new footprint of the merged company provides a single source for manufacturers that require an integrated manufacturing environment.
Visiprise is now organized in industry business units (IBUs) creating more focus around the company's selected verticals-aerospace and defense, electronics, automotive and specialty vehicles, and medical devices. The combination of Visiprise's solution focused on high-volume and high-mix manufacturing environments with HMS Software's low-volume asset and labor- intense complex manufacturing processes is key to providing a complete offering to the world's largest manufacturers.

This financing also included participation from Visiprise's current investors RRE Ventures, Morgan Stanley Venture Partners, Canaan Partners, Wheatley Partners, Acorn Technology Fund and The Entrepreneurs' Growth Fund.
