Spescom, Singularity and TiS form Partnership to Deliver Intelligent Invoice Processing Solution
Spescom Software ( http://www.spescomsoftware.com ), Singularity ( http://www.singularity.co.uk ) and Top Image Systems ( http://www.topimagesystems.com ) have formed a partnership to deliver a solution for the intelligent capture, storage and processing of purchase invoices. This solution is based on the close integration of the eB Electronic Document Management System with the Singularity Process Platform to handle invoice storage and associated workflows, while using the TiS eFlow 3 intelligent forms processing engine to provide best-in-class recognition of the content of printed invoices.
The system is being offered as a complete solution, with implementation and support being provided through a single source. The strong return on investment offered by this approach will provide payback periods in the order of 6 months. Volumes up to 120,000 invoices per day can also be accommodated.
