CAD Potential Announces i.get.it® 4.0 New Release
CADPO announced the immediate availability of i.get.it® 4.0 release. Uniting content, technology and people, i.get.it is a Web-based engineering knowledge development and delivery tool that specifically addresses the engineering community with an extensive library, powerful customization, and assessment capabilities-all bundled in either an Intranet or Internet solution.
i.get.it is the PLM industry standard for capturing and delivering custom engineering knowledge with the best of content, technology, and people. i.get.it's large, comprehensive libraries of industry-focused content are available for all leading PLM systems from UGS, Dassault Systems, SolidWorks, Autodesk, and more. i.get.it has over 500 multimedia courses totaling over 100,000 hours of training for MCAD or CAM software packages. In addition, the i.get.it Closed Loop Learning Methodology ensures measurement, analysis, and reporting, which helps engineers quantify what they know and offer learning paths for improvement.
Version 4.0's release signals a new era in technology with its newly designed user interface, using drag-and-drop interactions based on Macromedia FlexT technology. This interface combined with new, full-text, document search capabilities significantly increases content usability from all leading PLM vendors. Moreover, i.get.it is now easy to integrate behind the firewall or with other AICC-compliant systems. Authoring original content has also been enhanced with advanced authoring aids, such as uploading Microsoft PowerPointT files. Existing content remains easy to re-configure with exclusive engineering introduction, description, procedure, and project templates.
