Altair Engineering, IBM and Intel Host First-Ever "Grid And Grow" Business Forum
Altair Engineering, Inc. along with IBM and Intel, will host the first-ever "Grid and Grow" business forum on Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2005, at Altair headquarters in Troy, Mich. The complimentary program examines the challenges of deploying an integrated solution to manage computational workloads, and is of interest to organizations that are interested in implementing a grid computing environment.
This business forum will help IT professionals and decision makers explore their options as they face critical business challenges. Whether the goal is to reduce IT costs and improve return on investment, or to maintain a flexible infrastructure that can cope with business demands - without sacrificing reliability, resiliency and security - making the right choices is critical.
Program attendees will learn how to accelerate business results and time to market, as well as how to manage growth while controlling costs. They will also hear customer testimonials describing real-life experiences in deploying a grid computing solution. The event runs from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., and lunch will be provided. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m.
