ITI and MPR Collaborate to Provide New Product Development Best Practices
MPR Associates and International TechneGroup Incorporated( ITI ) announce a strategic alliance between the organizations. This global collaboration leverages the collective best practices programs and core competence of each to deliver product development improvement to clients. MPR's "First Principles" process defines multi-disciplinary science and engineering challenges into fundamental technical challenges. Once identified, problems are solved individually and the results are synthesized into the final product using a building block approach. ITI's best practice new product development processes, capabilities, and support systems allow clients to significantly improve product development productivity and time to market.
The alliance paves the way into new markets for each organization. MPR services clients primarily throughout the nuclear, power and power distribution, government, and new company startup/new technology markets. The focus of ITI has to this point been in discrete manufacturing markets such as automotive, aerospace, off highway, lawn and garden, etc.
