RAND Worldwide® Enters Channel Partnership With IMlogic
RAND, a technology corporation operating as RAND Worldwide, announced that its Information Lifecycle Management ("ILM") division, RAND IT Solutions, has entered into a channel partnership agreement with IMlogic, the global leader in enterprise software for instant messaging (IM) management.
Together, RAND Worldwide and Imlogic offer customers a comprehensive IM management solution enabling organizations to control the use of public and enterprise IM for real-time communication while ensuring compliance with legal and corporate governance policies and security against IM viruses, malware, IM Spam and intellectual property loss.
Under terms of the agreement, RAND Worldwide will offer its customers IMlogic IM Manager, a secure IM management solution. Combined with RAND's supported channel solutions, systems integration experience, and custom developed software, this partnership will provide a comprehensive service and ILM product offering that establishes a seamless ILM environment capable of meeting a broad range of corporate regulatory requirements.

IMlogic IM Manager administers, secures, logs and archives all IM traffic with certified support for public and enterprise IM networks, including AOL, MSN, Yahoo!, ICQ, IBM Lotus Instant Messaging, Microsoft Office Live Communications Server 2003/2005, Jabber, Reuters, Antepo and others, through a single IM management solution.
