FileNet Completes Acquisition of Yaletown Technology Group
FileNet Corporation announced it has completed the acquisition of Yaletown Technology Group, a privately held software company specializing in content compliance software. Under the terms of the definitive agreement announced on September 19, 2005, FileNet acquired Yaletown in an all cash transaction valued at approximately $11 million net of cash for all of the stock in the company.
This acquisition is expected to provide FileNet with additional technology and expertise to address the compliance market, and will help strengthen FileNet's Records Manager and Email Manager offerings.
